All Products sold on this Site are digital products delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files. No physical items are shipped. Upon completion of purchase, you will receive access to download your Product(s) as described on the relevant product page.

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Product for your own personal or internal business use. You may print the Product for your own use.

You may not:

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase before access to the digital Product is granted.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information at checkout.

4. Digital Delivery

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, there is no physical shipping or tracking number associated with any order. Access to your Product will be provided via download link and/or email shortly after your purchase is confirmed.

If you do not receive access to your Product within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact us via our Contact page.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of our Products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a Product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.
